Custom Fermentables are not showing in the recipe editor. If I change an entry to a standard fermentable and back to a custom fermentable then it does show up, but if I leave the editor when I return to it they've gone again. Doesn't seem to affect the calculations. It's just that they don't get displayed. I'm pretty sure it was working yesterday so it must be something you've changed recently.

Also Custom Hops don't appear in the selection list.

Thanks very much for reporting that - and sorry for the difficulty! I just made a change to the code that should fix that bug and ensure that the correct fermentables are displayed when you load the recipe. I'll be working on those issues with the custom hops too.
