Hello all - Greetings from the DC burbs, Maryland side. I move around internationally for the USG and started extract brewing several years ago because the beer in the country I was posted was swill.
Switched to BIAB three years ago, but do full volume mash/boil in a 15 gallon keggle. I ferment ales in a Catalyst and lagers in carboys (to fit in a temp controlled kegerator). I just started using the BF app on my phone. My new favorite toy.
Currently in my brewing sanctuary: a hazy IPA on tap and in the fermenters, a big, hoppy French saison and a marzen for October. I know enough to make beers I like, but still much to learn. Looking forward to doing so here.
