As luck would have it, I am in all likelihood about to partly own (and work full time in) a brewpub that is already up and running in another southern state. The purchase should be complete by mid-June. The brewery itself is small, no distribution, sold in house only. The offerings I have had there are only so-so and they have a brewmaster I am hoping we can keep on board. I have had a taste for craft beer going back decades to the old Sudwerk location in Davis, CA when I was doing some work up there in the early 90's. I like most styles, preference towards German styles and IPA. I am here to learn and crash course myself as much as possible, and make some friends in the community.
