I am excited to learn more about brewing from the gang on this forum. I have recently set up for all grain brewing with a home made cooler mash tun, sparge arm, HLT, and grain mill. Currently I am multi stepping my yeast on a home made stir plate to gain proper pitch rate for this weekends all grain session. The program offered here is easy to follow and keeps me on track. I have a half dozen partial mash brews completed. Thanks for the intro!!!
