Need help in the preparation of water

I have such a water profile (in attachment)
And I want to make such a preparation of the water ( also in the attachment)
To prepare an American pale ale, with a rich taste and aroma of hops (7 grams per liter for dry hopping). And moderate bitterness (25 IBU)
Am I doing the right thing.
