Name of snapshot brews including brew date

Related to the Brew Date field, I'd love to see my snapshot listed as "<Name of Beer> - on <Brew Date>" in my session and recipe list. That way if I have multiple sessions of the same beer it's easy to pick it out of the list which one is which.

This was pending until we got the recipe/brew folders feature launched.

In checking back on this, please see the two screenshots below, first from the top of a brew session page, the second of the brew session listing. Both include the brew date, and the listing shows it is a snapshot.
