My Inkbird went south

They noticed I was having trouble and replaced the unit out of warranty. I have seen similar campaigns on other forums. Excellent customer service and promotion of the brand. :)

The unit they replaced it with is the wifi unit so I'll let you guys know how I like it (even though it wasn't a condition of the deal)
 
I received a private message, and was thinking robot too. Always a little suspicious of unsolicited messages like that.
