Wow, that's a huge transformation. I like the idea of corrugated galvanize for the walls. It looks nice and can stand up to a bit of abuse. Now you'll need to brew beer on a totally new system (which actually could be kind of fun).

Yeah. I brewed a lot on the SVU and feel like it took a while to dial it in. Did a water test this past weekend and doing another today, so I'm pretty confident I have a good equipment profile to start with and a beer that I've brewed more than enough to know what adjustments I need to make the next time.

But yeah. It was an offer I couldn't refuse and I'm looking forward to learning something new.

Since I was starting from scratch, that was a no-brainer.

That's quite the set up! How much and how often are you brewing?

So when I was brewing 5 gallon batches in the Brewzilla, I was brewing every two weeks. Haven't brewed since mid January while all this work was being done so I'll probably brew every two weeks until I get my inventory built back up a bit. I suspect I'll be able to cut back to once a month or once every 6 weeks.
