After some success with brewing a nut brown ale for the fall, I'm looking to do a more wintery beer next.
I had Keegan Ales' Mother's Milk a few months back and it was absolutely delicious. Couldn't find any clone recipes and was wondering if anyone has any ideas. Also, I've never done a milk stout, so any help there would be appreciated.
Oh, and an FYI on my experience / setup:
-5 brew sessions with different styles each time
-Moderate experience with different techniques (dry hopping, using fruit in secondary, steeping, and the overall basic process)
-Extract /steeping only (all grain is a bit beyond me right now)
-5 gal. Brew pot
-2 fermentors, bucket and carboy
Thanks everyone!
