I read a column here about everybody's "Go to" recipe. The predominant answer was Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. I just kegged 1.75 gallons into my brand new Cannonball. IT IS OUTSTANDING! Kudos to Ozark Mountain Brewery for the recipe. My first kegging and a monstrous success in taste. MIne on the left, Asheville's on the right.

Congrats. Very much taste difference in the side by side?

Not really. My wife and daughter both could not tell a difference.

Congrats. Feels good when your beer is finally as good as something you can buy. I wasn't sure if it was true or an urban myth. I took a few attempts and still tweaking my process and finding out about the various malts, hops and yeasts, not to mention water.
    Anyway, well done. Happy brewing.
