Mosaic IPA in the "Big" pot.

First brew today in the "Big" pot ... I did the full 5 gallon boil in a 9 gallon pot. To my surprise it only took me about 20 minutes to cool it down with the wort chiller. Also, it seemd much "easier" to control the boil .. as in much less "volatile" relative to nearing that boil over .. maybe I'm just getting the hang of it, maybe it's easier in the big pot.
