MJ 47 (Belgian Abbeye) recipe ideas

It didn't look like it.
But looking at the picture I took, it could be kaam?

I tasted it again, and it's a bit hot going down your throat.
Slightly sour. I actually did a pH reading before tasting and measuring. pH is 4.1-4.2

Yep. But only on the picture.
But pictures don't lie!

Should I chuck it?
And how could I have gotten it and obviously how to prevent it from happening again?

I'd give it some time then taste again.

Infection is possible. Could be too warm conditions. A hot boozy taste is typical for high alcohol beer, but not sour or pungent.

Thanks
I've just cleaned the fermemter with hot water and unscented dishwasher (teepol) and after that I used puro oxi
Filled the fermenyer to the brim. Contact time of 5 minutes, then let all go out via the spigot and rinsed with hot water several times.
I'll starsan before using again

Bottles are in coolerbox for carbonation.
Tasting will be in the new year.
Meanwhile temp on the fermentation fridge has been dialed down to cool all beer for the festive season. Gotta stay positive
