Thanks! I second NB's holiday wishes to everyone. I just made a starter for the last beer of 2014 and now hydrating dry yeast to make pizza dough. The hydration method described in the Chris White's yeast book really works for bread yeast. Pass it on to your friends who bake. Cheers!
