Had the pleasure of being shown around The Malting Company of Ireland recently and just thought Id post a few pics for your information.
Its a small operation by US standards but they tell me that they are now exporting two row barley to the US to breweries who want to create a more authentic Irish brew to bring to market!
They are due to expand with a packet facility which will offer malt in 25KGs bags!
