Hello,
I like it when it is simple and easy and I miss an "Mash Wiz Button".
What I mean is. Lets choose what temp. one wishes to mash on, usually 68 degrees (celcius) for 60 min and then if you want a mash out in 15 min at approximately 74 degrees Celsius. When you click the button, it calculate out after all the parameters in the recipe and then show how much water you need to have in the 60 minutes of mashing. And how much water you should add when raise to 74 degrees (celcius) for the mash out.
