Mash steps

I put gallons in the mash step in the recipe, but the step in the timer shows quarts instead of gallons. I just thought you might want to take a look at that.

There is a setting in the Equipment Profile where you can select either quarts or gallons to be displayed.



Perhaps yours is set to quarts? I think that this is the default.

Mine is set to gallons.
