Hi. I'm using the same recipe for neipas for 1-2 years and I only change hops and yeast. Water profile and grains are the same. Why does my water in the calculator require more acid (85% phosphoric)?
Also I'm experiencing some drops in efficienscy lately!

I have to admit I find myself stumbling through the ph calculator until I get in the range I want.

What equipment are you using and talk about your process a little more.
Are your grains new, recently crushed and crushed correctly for your equipment?
