I brew using BIAB and a HERMs recirc. Even with rice hulls it requires stirring to keep the wort draining properly. We shall see if this helps. Motor is gear reduced to 15 rpm.

I made one before and the issue I had was the motor would overheat and power off, I even tried a pellet stove motor 1 rpm and it helped

This one was like $20, so if it burns up. Not a huge loss.

I use a cordless drill and a plastic stirring paddle. When I need to stir, at least.
