Did anyone ever used any kind of hops to get mango and tangerine aroma, which ones are closer to these fruits? I'm planning to brew an IPA recipe with that flavors.

Idaho 7, and Mandarina Bavaria are said to give a tangerine flavor/aroma, to what degree I don't know.
I have used Idaho 7 once, but it was a few years ago
Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy are said to impart mango flavor/aroma
I have used each of these hops, but I don't know if I would say that the mango flavor was all that prominent.

A bit of a mango note but very hard to repeat the result on my part. Might be the hops or something I'm failing to do consistently. These three hops are among my family's favorites, along with Simcoe.

I think that if it had a high finishing gravity, or some lactose (a sweeter finish), the mango might be a little more prominent. Another thing can enhance that is vanilla.

I will 2nd the Idaho 7 suggestion and offer that you may want to also consider one of the thiol enhanced yeast strains. They are not citric at all, and far more tropical though and that may not be what you’re looking to do as they lack subtlety.
