Weird question, but I get to go to the "big city" tomorrow (cough Saskatoon cough) and before catching our evening flight we are going to shop/run errands and I wanted to hit up the brewing supply store. Would it be terrible to have malted grains sitting the in car for a week? Would it significantly affect their flavor?

I'm sure they'll be fine if they are wrapped up air tight.
Humidity is the bigger concern.
Food for thought...
So you think the warehouse those grains are stored in is air-conditioned?
How about the rail cars or truck trailers that move them across the country?
Silos?
Cheers,
Brian

I'm sure you'll be fine.
My grains are kept at pretty high temps.
Humidity is much bigger iissue
