Gday all
I've got no power in my drill!
The LED lights don't even come on when I pull the trigger.

When I've been using it recently I found it would fire some times then not. When it wouldn't i would give it a shake or a tap and back on Again.

I've had grit in it before and cleaned this out in the past and it fired all normal.

This time I'm thinking I might need a new trigger.

This is the 50 year Aniversary model I'd say it's 10 years ish old

Just gotta reassemble it now  :D.

This is why I shouldn't be left alone to my own devices lol!!!

It probably enjoyed the attention you paid it by giving it a good cleaning.

Yes, Hitachi.
My boss has switched over to DeWalt power tools, but I keep the old Hitachi under my work table, just for the exercise.

I was going to say check the battery but you've obviously beat me to it. ;) I use Dewalt personally but that's cause they're the batteries I have.
