Think I will use Notty, start 60ish ramp to 65ish to finish and clean up

Looking forward to brewing again......stupid college
 
I do think I want to add a light, very subtle roast note to this, just not sure how I want to achieve that yet...kinda hint of Irish Red note
 
So, brew day was last Sunday, it went well except while changing the battery in on my tilt.
One of the little weights or magnets or waht ever they are broke off, so the refract gave me a SG of 55 and the tilt was reading 42.
Then 2 days later the tilt was reading 77.....so anyway it is now a floating thermo......

Been fermenting @61, and have started the ramp up to finish up the beer....
