Hello, I'm doing this recipe BIAB 5 gallons (see link below) and I opted out for using the packet lemon zest (1 Oz) from the store and was suggested to use from a fresh lemon. How much Zest can you suggest or if there is a calculator for a 5 gallon batch. 1 lemon? How many Oz ?
