OK so I kick the ginger and bunyip kegs then thier going! Sick of their leaky seals old kegs.

This whole presentation is enticing. What is this Bunyip, and what about it is it that you love so?

Thick chewy malty but ballanced with the big tropical citrus hop profile and bitterness.
Just for me a really good session beer I can try out different new world hops with.

Great lacing, and long lasting, foamy head on Abominable Hoppy Winter Ale by Hopworks out of Portland, OR.

Always learning.
There was a band out of BC call 54/40 in the mid 80's, they had a few good songs.
I never knew what the reference was until today, you learn something new every day!

Ah shoot, sorry this is a picture thread for empty glasses

Can I call you Sandy?
This beer had a crapload of protein, but for some reason, whatever I do with the simple BIAB setup, my beer does usually have decent lacing. I do normally have to use more grain to compensate for efficiency issues, but maybe that is it

Whatever it takes! There are no awards for efficiency, all that matters is if you are happy with what is in your glass!

Lately, I have been. I am very happy with this beer, but Josh gave me some ideas and some brewers locally helped a lot. I did something I was told not to do. For taste, it worked out well. For pouring, it is a bitch. I love this hobby.
I also realized tonight that Pre Pro homebrew lagers mix well with very early Ministry for us old farts with weird musical taste.
