Klarstein Unboxing (microbrewery)

Hi! Anyone knows how to configure the klarstein mundschenk as a equipment? Because I got one but is not pre-loaded here on Brewers F. Thanks!

You need to specify your unit capacity.

Should help.

I know there are brewers on here using that unit hopefully they'll chime in.

Other than that you can do a 15 minute boil on it record your losses.
Drain water out via pump or spigot until cavitation then record dead space.
That can help with two of the profile settings.
As for efficiency I'd set it at 65% brewhouse brew a known recipie of yours use the boil off and dead space you recorded in your trial boil.
Then adjust depending on the outcome of your first actual brewsession on it.

Cheers

Also a gallon an hour boil off is a good place to start. Once you know what it is for real, adjust the profile

thank you first of all I found some data on the Grainfather app, I settled them up on my profile and I’ll make a field checking and make public the settings, maybe I can help someone. (My Klarstein is the 30 litres model).

Awesome that's a start run them specs on brew day and see if they line up.

I think Brewersfriend were gunna incorporate a brew unit equipment profile section into their software.
