Kazbek!!!!

I'm excited, Yakima Valley Hops have Kazbek hops available again. A year ago I bought ALL the Kazbek I could find on the internet(13 ounces) and have not seen it available until this morning. Just placed an order...I have enough now to put Shady Bohemian in the regular rotation...Bottoms up!!!

So I checked it out a super sazz hop I found as descriptor citrus / berries.
No wonder your after some I love sazz I'll have to look out for them

The substitution chart I read says you can use Saaz instead, Sterling seemed actually closer to me but, neither was "exactly right", not bad, but not the same either.

Think I'm going to replace all or part of the Sterling in DIrty Bohemian next time I brew. I'll leave the Saaz in that one alone on the back end.

You cant go wrong with Sazz in a czech lager or any lager IMO.
Its easily my most used noble hop.
