Hey All, I just signed on as a member of brewer's friend. I have been brewing (all grain) over 10 years and like most brewers I have accumulated a substantial equipment, brew day stand, fermentation chiller, and keezer. I am a science guy (engineer) and am a bit anal on my brewing process always trying to improve quality, flavor, and stability of my brews. I built all my equipment, brew stand, mash tun, hot liquor tun, fermentation chamber, and keezer. I have been a long time forum user on other brew sites and am ready to jump in here. Cheers!
