I'm going after IPA V2.0. Differences between this batch and batch one (which was very nice): First, I'm increasing the proportion of pale malt to crystal malt to bring the sweetness down just a skosh. I'm making my first run at first wort hopping - I have some very nice Crystal I picked up this fall and I'm upping the bitter from about 60 IBU to around 70. Aside from that, I have enough dry hopping to do to make sure that any error is lost in hops. Cheers, gents, and your thoughts welcome!
