just a quick question

How is the second steeping process accomplished: is it avoiding the second hops for ten minutes and putting it in the wort ? The steeping after boil, before cooling is where I am stuck? It is stated in the picture and is the step before last. Help...
by the way I just avoid 10 minutes and i put the second hop I wish I did it the right way.

Just turn the heat off and don't start cooling it. Not a big deal either way. You're probably fine.

I read that as you put the first hops in right as you boil, put the second hops in with 15 minutes left, and put the last hops in right as you kill the heat but before you start cooling it.
