Jump from homebrew to a brewery

Anyway I will figure out
The point is that this is coming to be true in few months from now

I'm now on Germany family trip visiting some other family members.
I'm realising that beers here are so so good, people here drinking so much beer is fantastic
The worst craft beer i drink is the best beer i have drink in Greece, super complex tastes
In which German city are you near?

Not really, but since I am in Stuttgart, I thought if you were near we might meet for a beer. But Wuppertal is 4 hours by car.

If you can see the big church in Koln (cologne) it is really spectacular. But it is not so near by.

That could be great, we are far away and I'm moving with family, kids etc
Tomorrow we will be in cologne I googled but I'm not finding anything for cologne
What is this?

Love Germany. Andechs is by far my favorite beer destination in germany. Rothaus is also worth a visit if you are near by.

It is a famous church. Very large and beautiful.

Lots of little brewpubs with Kolsch sooo good. I loved Koln when I visited last year. The Cathedral is nice as are the Roman ruins.

Hello everyone, just updating
I'm now preparing the facilities, floor preparation!
Is coming real day by day, sometimes thinking that i have no idea what I'm doing

Yeah, those Germans have been brewing for a few hundred years! They make some incredible beers!
I loved my time there and really came to appreciate simple beers done extremely well.
Cheers,
Brian

i would add to your budget a proper top coat for the concrete. https://usa.sika.com/en/construction/floor-wall/flooring-systems/sika-ucrete.html is the golden standard IMO. but you could also lay heavy tile or at the BARE minimum several heavy coats of epoxy.

proper CIP chemicals will make quick work of bare concrete... they will eat holes into it exactly where the chemicals drip out of the tank onto the floor and they will QUICKLY eat your trench drain if it is not lined with SS or atleast PVC or epoxy.

it is also important to consider the temperature of your waste water. Generally you are running your cip at >140f for caustic and your knockout will be very hot. if your pipes are just basic schedule 40 pvc(in the us this is normal) they will get very soft at those temps. glue joints very quickly fail and your chemicals will then have access to everything and will eat a hole. could also undermine the building if it is bad enough. i am not saying that you need SS pipes, but you need to be aware of the plumbing you are dealing with.

Also i love Uerige! i may or may not have stolen one or two of their glasses 15 years ago....

I'm planning to paint special floor paint for industrial, like that you posted.
For drains I use pvc good quality,
Wall and ceiling will covered with panels

Any other advice is welcome!

I will use 2-component Epoxy Paint found here in the market, 120€ for 15kg primer first
But need to wait at least 20 days for concrete to fully drie before that
