Juicy Golden Ale

interesting, no bittering hops at all

That's a lot of hops. Will surely be delicious!
The most I've ever done before. Hopefully it comes out as aroma and some juiciness and not off-putting flavors and plant material. I've been doing closed transfers, so my expectations are high.

Allow some extra time for the plant material to settle before transfer. I brewed a 5 gal batch using a pound of hops total. First time it was like milk, second time I let it sit 10 days after cold crash and it was merely 'hazy'.

Curious to hear about that one. It looks tasty. I have never used the leaf hops.

Yes, focusing on aroma more than bitterness. I think there is still still some bitterness that will come through, but be very subtle.
No. Using that much hops, you'll get bitterness.

Dude that looks great!
Good luck with it.
I just hope them hops stay smooth for you and you don't get any vegetal flavour.

You nailed it. I got a vegetal flavor though the aroma is gorgeous!. I'll either back down on amount, add around day 3 or both to avoid the flavor though.
