One might also be able to get away with using the same beer glass if it's in constant use. But cleaning it once every couple weeks probably can't hurt.

Threw in another pack of yeast, waited a week and it tastes, grim!

No idea what the issue was, but hey-ho, the Simcoe and Mosaic IPA I was making at the same time tastes great!

Yeah, really is a nice drink.

I'm just DHing a Nelson and Simcoe now which is tasting great.

Used the Other Half open source recipe with slight modification on flaked oats and it really is shaping up well.
