iPhone version 1.5 is launched

The 1.5 release adds support for: hop stands (whirlpool and hopback hop uses), recipe CO2 level field, milliliters as unit in other ingredients section. Improves recipe listing view (shows snapshot indicator, index added).

On the IPhone the version is 1.2.1 and not 1.5. Tks.

The free version is 1.2 and the paid version is 1.5. The free version is newer than the paid version but has the same features. Maybe we should bring them up to the same number in the next release to avoid confusion.
