Greetings to all. I have been brewing for over 20 years but I am a newbie to forums. I started brewing with Charley's book, and "Kit and a Kilo" ingredients. I didn't know hops were green until the 1990's. I could explain the benefits of a beta-glucan rest, but I am not sure how to reply to a post. Bare with me.
