New mash steps can only be added at the bottom and cannot be sorted. While developing recipes I've wanted to insert intermediate steps such as an acid rest, protein rest, or split a single rest into two. Currently, to do that requires creating a new step at the bottom then individually copying each existing step down a level until the proper spot is cleared for the addition.
I would have requested the same sort feature as used for fermentables and hops, but mash temperature steps don't always go up.
