Incomplete recipe?

Came across this recipe, and it sounded much like what I am looking for. However there is only one ingredient, so it seems it is incomplete. Am I missing something, as I am new here. While I can find Rahr 2-Row Malt, it says it is hopped? But does not list the hops used or amount.

Any ideas?
