Email from Northern Brewer. They say seasonal release. Any idea what this is sourced from? Not seeing much information from their website other than it looks German.

Looks like a run-of-the-mill Continental lager yeast. I did run through the Schwarzbier recipe provided and it looks pretty solid, either as extract or converted to all-grain.

That sounds like the perfect recipe design for this yeast
