Load up ANY Youtube video where the presenters are taking about brewing beer then set the playback speed to 0.5 or better still 0.25.
If you progressively slow the speed down they seem to get drunker and drunker, taking their time to form their words and hesitate before speaking. Youtube does not alter the pitch of their voice only the speed at which they seemingly speak.
