How to handle split batches?

So I just bottled a wheat beer that I separated into 3 secondaries. Can I do multiple log entries for these? I particularly want to do a separate log entry for my grapefruit wheat because it ended up with a slightly different FG. I entered a second fermentation complete entry, but now I can't see the alcohol % for the first entry I made. Is there a preferred method for doing this?
 
I believe the best way to handle this is to make three separate recipes at this point.
