So are we still working on this? Getting the sparge water step in with the amount to be used and final brew volume would really be helpful. I'm new to BF and to brewing and find BF helpful, but need to add steps, not just at the end of a section but in the middle of what's already listed. I can't get those clocks to work so they make sense at all (I see there's a question on that so I read that next).. most of the times on everything are way off.
