Ever since I started brewing beer regularly, I think I've put on a good 20Lbs.
    How about you all?
I'm thinking about brewing light beer now for the summer-
Anyone have any good recipes for a light and refreshing beer?
    Thanks y'all

this is a good home made extract, you can remove to corn sugar for a lower alcohol if needed but the rice extract is important for texture and body, as noted in the notes "best light beer Ive ever made" and with all beers, time makes it better

Are you sure it's brewing beer that's putting on the weight? ;-)

I've gained 10 lbs over the past 2 years. Since I've been brewing/drinking more-or-less the same amount the past 4 years, I choose to accredit it to the significant reduction in athletic activity since starting a family. ;)
