This is my first question, of no doubt many!

I've used the recipe editor to create a Red IPA, I wanted to go for something similar to a kit I did, Young's Red India Ale. It tasted zesty, almost grapefruit like, slightly sweet, quite bitter and very refreshing when cold, even at 6.3% abv.

    Heres a link to my recipe - http://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/r ... 75/red-ipa

    Cheers

    Tom

can you point to the kit you bought with its link?

its going to be a good mild hoppy beer, slightly bitter but not bad at all

    Thanks Ozarks

I'll get brewing as soon as my new Brewtech Brewbucket arrives.
