My wife wants to do our own turkey lunch meat just for fun. She wants it made with honey. We got a breast section. I decided to put a pound of honey, some brown sugar, and salt, along with some water, in a saucepan and boil it to dissolve the sugar and salt. As it approached the boiling point, it quickly foamed over the saucepan and made a huge mess of the burner. I am ashamed of myself for not knowing that would happen. Heck of a hot break though!!
