Hi to all from near Wilmington. I've been brewing since Jan of '15 and I love it. There is so much to learn. I've done about 50 batches, mostly 2 gallons or so. Extracts and grains so far.
Most of all it is just great fun, great taste and fun to share with others.
Love the dark beers, pale ales, and a lot of others.
