I've been brewing for a number of years but only recently got into full mash brewing by buying a Bulldog Brewer system (I think this might go under another name in the US) and I'm getting to grips with this. It's a great way to brew and my partner doesn't seem to object too much with it because it's cleaner and the kitchen isn't too clogged up with containers, pipes and equipment.
This seems to be a great site for meeting fellow brewers and beer lovers from around the world.
