Hey y'all, Chaddy here from the Hera Brewing Co.

I'm just starting out with all grain and am working on a few recipes for my product line! I live in Perth, Western Australia so my recipes will use the metric system haha..

If you have any advice to give me on any of my recipes as I post them, please, don't hesitate!

all I can say about that recipe is its going to burn, magnum as a dry hop ??

Having just finished a clone of our Local Micro's IPA, Amarillo as a dry hop. Accept no substitute... Tongue in cheek, of course, but Magnum as a dry hop.... Really.....
