I live in Illinois outside St. Louis. I have bees and decided I need to make Mead. I had a friend gift me a bottle of his mead. It had been aged for three years. I loved it.
As for as drinking goes I like dark beers, good sipping whiskey, and a whole lot of different wines.
I started my first mead last night so the journey begins. I have enjoyed reading some of the threads on here and look forward to getting a lot of good advice.
