Hello from Zürich

    Greetings,

    I've been homebrewing for 12 years now, until about 5 years ago I made extract and specialty grain recipes. At that time I started working in an office with a killer homebrew supply shop in the basement, so I switched to all grain brewing and have been slowly upgrading my supplies.

    I'm originally from North Carolina, US, right down by the beach. Been living in Switzerland 5 years now.

    Just recently found this site and liked the tools and information. As things progress I'm sure we'll be discussing interesting things. I'm glad to see there are others here who might be using SI units or European standards for water values... this has been troubling me the most lately. :D
