Hello Folks, Just a quick introduction to get the ball rolling. Im and Irish man living in Toronto. Ive done a few brews over the last couple of months. Extracts from the cans and a few with specialty grains but never anything overly complicated. I just picked up a bog Ol' 15 gallon brew kettle with a view to tackling all grain brewing so Im sure I will be pestering you plenty in the coming months.
