I am not a completely new brewer, but close. I don't know how many Northern Nevada brewers are here, but hello to those guys/gals, and hello to everyone else. I have 5 gallons of Double Chocolate Stout cold crashing, and 4-1/2 gallons of ESB D-resting. I am currently bottle conditioning a Brown Porter (Taddy Porter), a BIPA for my wife, Hard Cider and Apple Jack.
